Problems Accessing My Amazon Account

My Amazon account has been inexplicably locked, and I am completely unable to access it. Attempting to contact Amazon Turkey for assistance feels like attempting the impossible. There has been no response to emails, and there are no phone numbers to call; it's as if we're supposed to communicate via smoke signals! Even when I contacted Amazon's main office, I received robotic responses that were unable to resolve my problem. I've had enough, and I desperately need to talk to someone about it. It's perplexing how a company the size of Amazon can abandon its customers with no customer service. I'm not asking for much; all I want is for someone to address my issue and assist me in regaining access to my account. It's time for Amazon to step up and provide genuine customer service.
