I recently had a problem with my Xiaomi Amazfit GTR (42mm) smartwatch, which I bought from Nethouse. The battery was not holding a charge, which was very inconvenient. I figured I'd just call Nethouse and request a repair, but they said they couldn't help with out-of-warranty products. Bummer! They then referred me to a service center called Dec PC. When I called them, they said they wouldn't be able to fix my watch even if I paid for it. I was disappointed by the news, but I didn't give up hope just yet. I decided to call another service center, Evofone, but they said they couldn't help me either, even if I paid them.
