Alcatel MT40SX Aftersales Repair Issue/Missing Spare Part

I noticed that the back cover of my Alcatel (TCL) MT40SX watch broke due to the battery swelling while charging. When I sent it to the authorized KVK service center, they demanded a whopping ₺3400, nearly the watch's selling price, as the service fee. Upon inquiring about spare parts like the battery and back cover, I was informed that these parts are unavailable, and the entire watch needs replacement.

For a watch still under warranty, the lack of simple spare parts like the battery and cover is an unacceptable situation. I can't hide my astonishment at Alcatel's inability to fulfill the legal obligation of providing spare parts. I want to make it clear that I will utilize all my consumer rights against Alcatel, a company that fails to fulfill the essential duty of supplying spare parts.
