Xiaomi Amazfit Stratos 2 Screen Issue & Warranty Refusal


I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the screen of my Xiaomi Amazfit Stratos 2 (42mm) smartwatch, which I bought from Nethouse via the N11 platform in 2019. There seem to be some problems with the screen, such as issues with brightness, color, and pixel loss.
I reached out to Nethouse for assistance, but unfortunately, they informed me that they were unable to provide the service due to the expiration of the warranty. Xiaomi has also made it clear that they will not provide any service for this product, even if payment is offered.
Basically, it appears that for service-related issues, these defects can only be replaced if they are covered by a warranty. Otherwise, no further action is suggested and the product is advised to be disposed of. Regrettably, this issue seems to be prevalent among Chinese companies and their Turkish counterparts. I strongly advise against purchasing their products.
