Amazfit Neo Battery Inaccurate Battery Life Claims on the Box
My new Amazfit Neo watch doesn't last as long as advertised. The packaging said the charge would last 28 days, but my watch only lasts 5 days. The large discrepancy frustrated me, so I sent the watch to BTS Telecommunications for inspection under warranty. Interestingly, they returned the watch within 5 days with a note stating that the charging time was normal. This contradicts the expected performance, and my battery life is still much shorter. BTS Telecommunications' inconclusive resolution leaves me dissatisfied and seeking further assistance. The watch's battery life is far short of 28 days, making daily use difficult. I expect the product to meet packaging specifications as a consumer. Thus, I am considering a return and refund to resolve this Amazfit Neo watch issue.
