I had to ditch my Huawei Watch GT 3 Elite 46mm - Titanium Gray edition because it kept having charging problems. Even if I hardly wear the watch, its battery doesn't last a whole day. I've sent it to the service center twice, but can you believe they sent it back saying there was no problem? It's like they were making fun of me or something. But my friend's and his spouse's watches, which are the same model, can last up to 14 days on a single charge without any problem. Even though they had a valid warranty, they wouldn't even replace the battery. I'm really not happy with this, and I want my money back.what a crappy customer service also, I see how much better other people's watches perform compared to mine. It's not cool that my concerns were ignored and the battery problem wasn't fixed. They should either give a new watch with a working battery or a full refund right away.
