My Samsung Fit 2 Watch Dead After 2 Years
My Samsung Fit 2 watch has been an important part of my daily life for two years. But recently, it ran out of power, and when I tried to charge it, the screen never turned on, and none of the buttons worked. I was confused and annoyed because there is no power button and I couldn't figure out how to turn it on. I'm sad that my watch only worked for 2 years, and now I don't have anything that works. As a customer, I want to know why this happened and have the problem fixed or replaced under the warranty. It's not fair that I have to pay more money to replace a watch that should have lasted longer. I'm angry and sad because of what happened. Now that I don't have my watch, I can't keep track of my fitness goals or stay in touch. Samsung needs to own up to this problem and come up with a fair solution for their customers.
