Allianz Unfairly Assessed My Damaged Car, Offering Less Than Real Value

I have learned that the damage assessment process has been completed, and my vehicle has been considered heavily damaged. Upon my first objection letter, it was increased to 730,000.00 TL. However, there has been no response to the unfairness in the increase of the market value in my first (just 5.000 TL increase) and second objection letter, as well as my other requests and questions. Each of my letters has been kept waiting for at least 5 days, and I have been pressured to accept their current offers. This process is causing me financial loss for each day my vehicle is not available. For these reasons, I was forced to sign the settlement agreement text based on the offer of 730,000.00 TL, with the condition that my rights regarding any additional compensation are preserved.I learned that the company determined the value of my vehicle as 630,600.00 TL and transferred this amount to Allianz Sigorta on 05.06.2023. However, I was informed by customer service that my documents have been forwarded to the legal department, and they cannot provide any information. I tried to reach, but I was unsuccessful. I have informed customer service about the situation three times, but I was told that I need to send an email to '[email protected]'. However, the response I received to my email contains the following statement: "The payment made is related to the salvage amount and is not an amount that should be paid to you. It was sent by mistake. The payment to your account is related to the market value. We cannot provide a specific date for when this payment will be made to your account. Furthermore, I would like to emphasize that the sale of my heavily damaged vehicle at a value of 630,600.00 TL demonstrates how low the offered value of 730,000.00 TL is. I demand the resolution of this injustice inflicted upon me. Despite the transfer of the total loss settlement amount to your company, which was opened on April 30, 2023, the specified payment has not been transferred to my account, and the case remains open. Please explain under which consumer rights violation you associate this situation.
