Allianz Claim Delayed - Payment Not Made
For the past 16 days, my claim file under my comprehensive insurance policy with Allianz has not been resolved. For my file numbered 2025 K 76191, both the damage assessment and payment processes have been deliberately delayed. During this time, an expert report was requested several times, and I submitted all required documents. When I contacted customer service, I only received vague responses without any concrete solution. Because I couldn’t use my car due to the ongoing issue, I had to rent a vehicle in Amasya city center for one month, paying 45,000₺. The excessive delay has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. I urgently request that my damage payment be processed and transferred to me without further delay.
