Unresolved Damage Claim! Allianz Ignores Customer After 1 Month, No Timeframe Given
I opened a damage claim with Allianz Insurance on January 10th, and it's been a month without any resolution. We've sent emails, but no response. We've emphasized the urgency, yet no one seems to care, and no deadline is given. Since last Monday, we've been waiting for the AKTÜ Eriya report. It's unbelievable that it hasn't come out yet, and there's still no timeframe. There's no one to reach by phone, it's a total disgrace. Isn't there a timeline for a process? Even a 3-day technical inspection took a week, I believe this is intentional. Tomorrow, the documents should be sent, and this nonsense should end.
