Dealing with Allianz Insurance about my claim for earthquake damage has been a nightmare. The claim was opened on February 12, 2023, but I still haven't been paid, even though my file was ready and sent to them on May 2, 2023. It's not right! I've tried to get in touch with their customer service several times, but it hasn't helped. They keep telling me that my claim is being looked at, but nothing has changed. It seems like they don't care about my file or all the trouble I've had. I mean, it's been months since what happened, and I'm still waiting for money to make up for it. It's putting a big strain on my finances, and I can't believe they're being so slow about it. Allianz needs to step up and do what it needs to do.
