Under my Allianz Home Insurance policy, I filed a claim about two months ago for damage to our house. Despite having a claim file numbered 2025 YB 14297/1, the compensation amounting to approximately ₺600,000 has still not been paid. The insurance company keeps coming up with different excuses to avoid making the payment and has done nothing to resolve our situation. Since our home is uninhabitable, my children and I have been living under very difficult conditions. Although I have called customer service multiple times, I have been met with stalling tactics and no concrete solution has been provided. Even though our policy is still active, our issue remains unresolved. I demand that the payment be made immediately and that our hardship be addressed. Additionally, based on this negative experience, I would like to warn others who are considering working with Allianz to be cautious.
