I Got Only Partial Refunds and Denied Returns for Wrong Items on AliExpress


I am extremely disappointed with my shopping experience on AliExpress. I have faced serious problems not once, but twice. In the first case, my order never arrived. I requested a refund, but instead of refunding the full amount, AliExpress only returned about one-third of what I paid. This is completely unfair and unacceptable.
In my second experience, I ordered a drone. While the package did arrive, the product was nothing like what was shown in the photos or described in the listing. It was completely different, misleading, and not what I paid for. I followed every instruction to request a return, including submitting all the photos they asked for, but despite providing clear evidence, my return request was still rejected.
AliExpress is making it impossible for honest buyers to get fair treatment. I demand that AliExpress refund my full payment for the missing and misrepresented products immediately. Customers should not have to fight this hard just to get what they are rightfully owed. Please take this seriously and fix these issues now!

The product was not as shown in the picture, I tried to explain it with a photo but nothing worked. The drone that arrived has nothing to do with the one in the picture. As for flying, the drone doesn't stay in place. I requested a return, but they didn't accept it. Is this what customer satisfaction is? I bought many products from Temu, and twice when faulty products arrived, they solved the problem immediately. Aliexpress, with all its years, failed in this regard. I will not buy from you again. 👎👎
