AliExpress Seller Sent Wrong Item to Hold My Money—No Refund for 2+ Months

AliExpress is enabling fraudulent sellers to scam customers professionally. They list high-rated stores with seemingly quality products, encouraging you to place an order. However, instead of shipping the actual item, they send a completely different product just to generate a tracking number, making it appear as if your order was delivered.

I fell victim to this scam—I never received my actual order, and it's been over 2 months and 13 days, yet neither my product has arrived nor my refund has been processed. AliExpress is allowing sellers to steal money by marking false deliveries.

AliExpress, take action immediately! Either refund my money or ensure my correct item is shipped. This kind of deception should not be tolerated!
