Aliexpress Sent Faulty Projector and Refused My Return Request

This is my second time shopping on Aliexpress, and once again, I’ve encountered a problem. The first time, I had a minor issue with a cheaper product, but this time I purchased a more expensive projector, and the image is defective due to a lens issue. I requested a return, and although the seller acknowledged the problem, Aliexpress refused to believe it! It’s absurd that Aliexpress, controlling the shipping, won’t process the return. This experience has completely soured me on Aliexpress—I will never order from them again. Aliexpress, you need to address this issue, accept the return, and issue a refund immediately!
