Aliexpress Products Not Delivered!!!! Followup Messages Are Lies!!!
I was able to track the products I ordered from Ali Express on November 15 for a while. Information was being sent during shipment, distribution, etc., but the tracking link sent from the e-mail never receives any data and does not open. Meanwhile, nothing appears in the My Orders section, as if you had not placed an order at all. When I go and report the problem via e-mail, they keep sending back the information that all the orders I placed (8 or 9 products) have been delivered. This will be my first and last purchase from Aliexpress. It is literally fraud, do not shop, do not waste your money.
Progress
The products I purchased on November 15th have still not been delivered. Despite not being delivered, I am receiving emails stating that they have been received. I can never establish communication, there is no response, no refund, no order tracking process; they removed it. I could supposedly track my first order. :( For every email I write, I receive a message saying your products have been delivered, and this includes 9 different items, each receiving a separate delivery email. The tracking links provided in the emails are all empty, with no data. Truly a system, bravo, I now understand what it is built upon. I have just realized that many people are experiencing the same situation. This is my first and last purchase. One should never trust and shop from here!
