Aldo Shoes from Mall of Istanbul Caused Severe Foot Injuries, Return Denied

I purchased a pair of sandals from Aldo Shoes at Mall of Istanbul and wore them for just 2.5 hours inside the mall that day. Unfortunately, they caused significant damage to my toes, leaving me with six painful wounds on both feet. Realizing the issue too late, I stopped wearing them immediately.
A few days later, I returned to the store to request a refund, and they informed me the product would be sent for inspection. Yesterday, I received a call stating that my return request was denied. It’s impossible for me to continue using these sandals, especially given the injuries they caused. If necessary, I will take this matter to the Consumer Court, though I hope Aldo resolves this promptly and provides a refund.
