Aldo Shoes Poor Fit and Unresolved Warranty Issue

The Aldo shoes I purchased caused serious discomfort despite being in my exact shoe size, excessively widening and causing discomfort around my bone protrusion and toenail. Store staff advised me to return if I encountered any issues with the product. Despite being guaranteed, I received a prompt rejection when I returned it. I trusted in the brand's reputation and quality to assist, but they failed. I had previously bought a bag from them, which quickly broke, proving impractical. To avoid another disappointment, I didn't return it. Experiencing these issues after spending money deeply upset me. I'm referring to the Optimum Shopping Mall, Izmir Gaziemir store.
