I bought a pair of flats from Aldo Shoes and wore them for only half an hour before they caused painful blisters on the backs of my heels. When I requested a return after 15 days (I couldn’t go back immediately as I live far from the store), I was told they’d need to “inspect” the shoes. The back of these flats is so rigid that it’s obvious why they’re causing injury—what’s there to inspect? Now they’re offering to “loosen” the back, but can’t guarantee it won’t cause blisters again. For a pair of shoes costing ₺5,000, I expected much better quality and customer support. If Aldo can’t stand behind their product, they shouldn’t be selling it. I insist on a full refund.
