My New Asics Shoes Cut My Foot on First Use and Still Got Rejected Twice for Return
I purchased a pair of Asics shoes on December 5, 2025, and during my very first use, they cut into my foot and caused bleeding. I immediately reported the issue to the Asics store at İstinyePark Mall, and they sent the shoes for inspection.
Shockingly, the response came back as rejected. I then showed the visible wound on my foot to the store manager, who agreed to send the shoes for a second review—and once again, it was denied. A staff member even told me another customer had the same issue, but it “went away after a few uses.” That’s unacceptable.
I’m trying to exercise, not go to war. A shoe that injures me the moment I wear it is clearly defective. I’m demanding a full refund or exchange. Asics, stop dismissing injuries caused by your products and take responsibility.
Progress
The Accsic sports shoes I used for the first time caused blisters on my feet. I sent them to the company for inspection twice, but both times the result was negative. They said they had received complaints from other customers as well, but gave explanations like 'wear them 2-3 times and it will get better,' yet the shoes not only caused blisters but also made my feet bleed.
I have not received your response yet. Your company values its customers so little that you don't even bother to reply.
