On 2025-06-23, I purchased a pair of white heeled sandals from Mango İstinyePark İzmir for ₺XXX. Yesterday, I finally wore them outside for the first time, and I deeply regret doing so. The sandals caused extreme pain and discomfort to my feet. If you could see the condition of my feet right now, you would never recommend this product to anyone.

How can a reputable brand like Mango sell products without proper testing and quality control? I trusted your brand and now I am suffering physically. I could barely walk to work today due to the pain caused by your product.

This is unacceptable. I explicitly request a full refund and an apology for the harm caused. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to CİMER and the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
