I bought five tickets for my family, including my two daughters under 20. Ajet did not inform us about the new e-visa regulations for my daughters' age and allowed us to travel to SAW. Upon arrival, we discovered that their e-visas were not accepted, forcing me to send them back home at my own expense (€300), as the next Ajet flight to Kuwait was 12 hours later.
The second issue was the extremely dangerous landing. The aircraft did not properly touch the ground and swayed left and right without balance, causing passengers to scream until the pilot regained control after a few seconds.
The third issue was that Ajet provided no refund for the first leg of the journey or any compensation for the disruption and distress caused to my family.
