BetterMe Refund Dispute: RM80 Charged Without Consent
I recently discovered an unauthorized charge of RM80 on my debit card on 22 December for a BetterMe 1-on-1 coaching service that I did not subscribe to. The transaction appears with the order ID dc5be104-3732-4ec4-b3bc-2393d8ae7ca8. While I have previously registered and used BetterMe services with this debit card and my email, I did not agree to or initiate this specific 1-on-1 coaching subscription. As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted the BetterMe support team, but so far, I have not received any response. This lack of feedback is very concerning, especially since the charge was taken without my explicit consent. I request that this unauthorized RM80 charge be fully refunded to my debit card and that any related subscription or recurring billing linked to this order ID be cancelled. I also ask for written confirmation that no further unauthorized charges will be made to my card.
