I attempted to buy two plane tickets from Ajet Airlines, which were originally priced at ₺1501 each. Unfortunately, as I moved to the payment page, I faced repeated error messages. I spent around 30 minutes trying to complete the payment, but it just wouldn’t go through. This occurred several times, and while trying to address the problem, I observed that the ticket price had risen from ₺1501 to ₺1900. This experience was not only a time drain but also led to unforeseen extra expenses. It’s disappointing to see a company functioning with such a problematic system, putting customers in frustrating positions like this. I anticipated a more seamless and clear experience, but ultimately, I felt disappointed and weighed down financially.
