I Missed My AJet Flight Due to Check-In Failure and Faced Major Expenses
On Monday, June 23, my family and I—six people in total—were supposed to fly from Belgrade, but we were never allowed on the AJet flight because we couldn’t complete the check-in process through their app or website. No matter how many times we tried, the system refused to work, and there was no proper support available to help us in time.
As a result, we missed our scheduled flight entirely and were left stranded with no assistance from the airline. To get home, we had to buy last-minute tickets for a completely different route: flying into Adana, then to Istanbul, and from there we had no choice but to rent a car to reach our final destination.
This was an extremely stressful and expensive experience caused entirely by AJet’s failure to provide a functioning check-in system. We incurred significant unexpected costs for new flights, rental transportation, and extra time.
We are demanding a full refund for the amount we paid because the responsibility lies entirely with the airline. AJet must take accountability for the technical failures that disrupted our plans and caused so much inconvenience. I urge you to process our compensation without delay.
