AJet Denied My SAW Sharjah Flight Despite Valid UAE Visa

On June 29, I purchased a ticket from AJet for the Istanbul SAW – Sharjah flight. When I arrived at the airport, I paid ₺914.71 for a seat with extra legroom. I tried to check in using the kiosk, but the process failed and I was directed to the counter. At the counter, I was told that I had a ban on entering the UAE. I showed them my valid and recently issued work visa, but they did nothing and refused to let me board the flight. I then requested a cancellation and refund for my ticket, but they said it had to be handled through the agency I bought it from. I asked for a refund of the seat fee I paid at the airport, but they told me to contact customer service. I reached out to AJet support team via email, but they replied with a standard message stating that the passenger’s visa status is not their responsibility. However, I had a valid visa. A few days after returning home, I contacted UAE authorities and confirmed that I had no entry ban. I later bought a ticket from another airline and successfully entered the UAE without any issues. I can even provide the entry stamp in my passport as proof. From what I understand, AJet overbooked the flight and used this excuse to deny some passengers boarding. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for my ticket. Additionally, I spent about ₺6,000 on round-trip taxi fare between SAW Airport and Başakşehir, which is also part of the inconvenience I suffered. Honestly, I sincerely hope you go bankrupt as soon as possible.
