AJet Issued Wrong Ticket for My Child and I Paid Again

I purchased plane tickets from AJet for my family and me. Even though I correctly entered the ID information for my daughter, who is over 2 years old, the system issued a lap infant ticket, treating her as a baby under 2. When I informed the staff of the situation before boarding, they told us we couldn’t fly that way and that we needed to purchase a new ticket. As a result, I had to buy another ticket for my daughter, costing ₺5,000. The mistake was definitely not mine, but despite all my warnings, no solution was offered. Unfortunately, the party responsible for this issue is Ajet, and I demand compensation for my loss.
