How Can I Refund Unfair Airbnb Charge
I rented Villa Mehmetim in Kaş, Antalya through Airbnb from September 17-21. Ten days after our stay, I was surprised to see a charge of ₺9650 on October 28 for a "broken chair" that we were never informed about during or immediately after our visit. Airbnb charged my card without investigating whether this damage might have occurred before or after our stay. This charge feels unjust, as there was no clear evidence linking us to the damage, and we were not given a chance to dispute or verify the claim. I am asking for Airbnb to reverse this charge and ensure a fair investigation into these damages.
