Airbnb Refused to Adjust Booking Dates or Issue Refund

I made a reservation on Airbnb with the code HM48Y5MMBR, but I accidentally entered incorrect check-in and check-out dates. When I tried to correct the dates, I was informed that changes would not be allowed and no refund would be issued.

This is extremely frustrating, especially since the reservation is new and falls under the 24-hour rule for changes. I urgently need Airbnb to assist in resolving this issue and allow me to correct the booking details. If no action is taken, I will be forced to pursue legal measures to recover my funds. I expect Airbnb to respond promptly and provide a solution to this unacceptable situation.
