Airbnb Host Changed Terms After Booking and Refused Refund for a Boutique Hotel
Hello, on October 25, 2024, at 8:47 PM, I made a one-night reservation at Yeşilköy Boutique Hotel through Airbnb, confirmation code HMMAJMJM25. After completing the payment and reservation, the host informed me that I couldn’t bring a second guest and said there would be an extra charge if I did. This situation undermined my trust in the host and affected my experience negatively. When I attempted to cancel the reservation at 9:30 PM, I found that cancellation was allowed, but without a refund. I contacted Airbnb support to request a refund, but they were unhelpful. I am requesting a full refund of my payment and reserve all my legal rights. I expect an urgent resolution to this issue.
