Airbnb Took My Money, but Host Was Unreachable in Baku

I booked a property in Baku through Airbnb (confirmation code: HMJQQKSN3K). The reservation was confirmed, but on the day we were supposed to check in, I called the host only to find out the number was incorrect. We were left stranded with no way to access the property. Airbnb has neither provided a refund nor offered any solution to this issue. This is unacceptable—how can they allow such unverified listings on their platform? I trusted Airbnb with my travel plans, and they completely failed me. I demand an immediate refund for this booking and a proper resolution to ensure this doesn’t happen to others.
