Request For Review Of Permanent Ban – Free Fire MAX Level 46 Account

Hello Garena Support Team, My Free Fire MAX account, which is linked to my Google Play account and is around level 46, was permanently suspended on 24/12/2025 with the message “There are abnormal activities with your account. It has been suspended.” I would like to honestly state that before the suspension I used a third‑party skin modification file that was shared with me by another person. I now understand that modifying or tampering with game files violates the game’s rules and terms of service, and I fully accept that this was a mistake on my part. I respectfully request that you review my account suspension once more and inform me if there is any possibility of an appeal or a second chance for this account. If my account can be restored, I promise not to use any third‑party tools, files or modifications again and to strictly follow all Garena Free Fire rules in the future.
