Airbnb Doesn't Refund Canceled Reservation Fee
I made two reservation cancellations on April 21st through Airbnb, but despite the deadline passing, I still haven't received my refund. Upon reaching out to my bank, they informed me that the funds had not yet been received and suggested that I get in touch with the company. Nevertheless, when I reached out to Airbnb, they insisted that they had already sent the money, yet it had not appeared in my account. I feel like I'm constantly being targeted and treated unfairly. I've noticed that my refund of ₺5000 hasn't been processed yet. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal recourse.
