Unlock My BDG Game Account

I am using BDG Game on an Android device and my account has been locked. When I try to log in, the screen shows the error “Error: 116 User has been locked” and I cannot access my account at all. My in‑game ID is 24137***. I do not know why my account was locked and I have no access to my game progress because of this situation. I kindly request that my BDG Game account be checked and immediately unlocked, and that I be informed of the reason for the lock if necessary. I also request that this issue be resolved as quickly as possible because I want to continue using my account without further delay.
