Airbnb Refund Delayed for Nearly 2 Months – Still No Money in My Account

I booked a rental on Airbnb but immediately canceled due to selecting the wrong dates. However, it has now been almost two months, and I still have not received my refund.

Airbnb claims the refund has been processed, and they even sent me a receipt, yet no money has been deposited into my account. I have reached out multiple times, but there is no real support—and no Turkish-speaking representatives to assist either.

This is completely unacceptable. Airbnb, refund my money immediately! How can a company this big take this long to process a refund? I strongly advise others not to use this platform if they want a reliable service. Stop delaying and return my money now!
