Tiny House Ayvalık Failed to Refund ₺8,000 Deposit Despite Promise

We reserved a house from Tiny House Ayvalık, but instead of booking through Airbnb, we were asked to make the payment directly via EFT transfer. Following this request, we transferred ₺8,000 and received confirmation of the payment. Later, due to a disagreement, we decided not to stay at the property, and we were assured that our money would be refunded. However, it has now been two months, and despite repeated attempts to follow up, no refund has been issued. Our phone calls are not being answered, and communication has completely stopped. I still have the official bank transfer receipts as proof of payment. This situation has caused significant financial and emotional frustration, and I am demanding the immediate return of the ₺8,000 that rightfully belongs to me.
