Airbnb Got More Money Than I Should Have Paid


I used Airbnb to make a reservation, but there is a significant discrepancy between the amount of money that was taken from my credit card and the total amount that I am required to pay for the reservation. When I try to contact their customer service department, I get no response at all. It's like talking to a brick wall. The Airbnb platform in Turkey is extremely aggravating because there is no specialized customer service unit to assist with any problems that may arise. It is high time that the government required them to establish a presence in our nation and open an office here. If nothing is done, a large number of people will continue to endure this ordeal.
