Airbnb Charged My Card Twice for a Failed Reservation – No Response from Support

On February 19, 2025, I made a reservation on Airbnb, expecting to be charged ₺20,909.19 for the booking. However, the system reported a failed payment and sent me an email stating that the transaction was unsuccessful. Despite this, the full amount was still deducted from my credit card.
To make matters worse, I attempted to book again, and Airbnb charged my card a second time for the same amount. I immediately contacted Airbnb support, but I have received no response or resolution.
I am now out of ₺41,818.38 due to Airbnb’s payment system failure, and no one is addressing my complaint. I demand an immediate refund for the duplicate charge. Airbnb must take responsibility for these billing errors and improve its customer support response time. Has anyone else faced this issue?
