Airbnb Overcharged Me Due to Exchange Rate

I booked a place on Airbnb, and the invoice stated ₺4,628.77 as the total amount. However, when I checked my bank statement, I was charged ₺4,800.98 instead. I reached out to Airbnb customer service, and they claimed that the extra charge was due to my bank. When I contacted my bank, they informed me that since Airbnb is a foreign-based company, the price fluctuation was due to currency exchange rates.
Why didn’t Airbnb disclose this in advance? I was charged more than expected without any prior warning. Additionally, when I called the 0212 customer service number, I was connected to a non-Turkish-speaking representative, which made communication extremely difficult. Even when I contacted Airbnb via their in-app messaging system, the responses were delayed and unhelpful.
I demand a refund for the extra amount charged and for Airbnb to clearly inform customers about potential exchange rate variations before booking. Also, Turkish customers should be able to speak with Turkish-speaking customer support for a better service experience. Please resolve this issue immediately.
