While trying to book a stay through Airbnb, I repeatedly encountered payment errors that prevented the reservation from being completed. Despite the transaction failing each time, ₺39.99 was withdrawn from my account after every attempt, ultimately totaling ₺279.93. I never received a confirmation, and no reservation was finalized — yet my money was taken.
I contacted my bank, and they clearly stated that Airbnb must process the refund since the transactions were successful on their end. However, Airbnb has yet to return my funds or provide any meaningful customer support. I didn’t receive the service, nor was I informed about why this charge occurred or when I can expect a refund.
This is extremely disappointing, especially from a global platform like Airbnb. It's frustrating to be charged multiple times for a reservation that never went through. I demand a full refund of the ₺279.93 that was wrongfully deducted, and I expect Airbnb to resolve this immediately. No one should lose money due to errors on Airbnb’s system.
