I Face Overcharge on Airbnb Booking Despite Lower Invoice Total

Dear Airbnb Support Team,

I recently noticed a serious issue with a payment made for my latest reservation. Although the invoice (Invoice No: RCSS5A5PEC) clearly states that I was supposed to be charged ₺24,323.77, my credit card was instead charged ₺25,280.97. That’s nearly a ₺1,000 discrepancy that was never disclosed or explained during the booking process.

I carefully reviewed the reservation details, including the itemized breakdown provided by Airbnb, and nowhere was this higher amount mentioned. I did not authorize any extra fees, currency adjustments, or surcharges beyond the stated amount.

I respectfully request that this overcharge be fully investigated and the difference refunded to my card as soon as possible. I also expect a written explanation clarifying why this inconsistency occurred and what steps Airbnb will take to prevent similar issues in the future.
