Missing GPay Deposit and Demands More Money to Release It

Today I deposited 500 via GPay on the Tashan Win game website, but the money was not added to my game ID. The amount was successfully deducted from my GPay account, yet it has still not been credited in the game. I contacted the game’s support team and explained that my 500 deposit was missing. Instead of resolving the issue, they told me that I must deposit 2,000 more and only then I would receive my 500, which I find completely unacceptable and suspicious. I request that my 500 be added immediately to my game ID so that I can play, without any further conditions or extra deposits. If this is not possible, I want a clear solution and accountability from the website for this behavior.
