eFootball Mobile Account Suspected Hacked and Players Missing

I am writing regarding a serious problem I have been experiencing with Efootball on mobile since last week Thursday. I can no longer access my players, and I believe this is related to a security issue or hacking incident, as I suspect that my account may have been compromised. Because of this situation, my game progress has been blocked and I am unable to use the players I have built up over time. I contacted Efootball customer support about this problem, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my access to all of my players be restored as soon as possible and that the account of the person who illegally accessed or hacked my account be detected and permanently banned. I expect this issue to be investigated urgently and my account to be secured so that similar problems do not occur again.
