Air Asia Refund Delayed for Over 1.5 Months Despite Promises

I purchased a ticket from Air Asia, but due to a schedule change by the airline, I had to cancel my ticket since I had another connecting flight. I was assured that a full refund would be issued, but it has now been over 1.5 months, and the money has not been returned to my credit card.

I have sent multiple emails to Air Asia but received no response. The flight was supposed to be operated by Air-SWIFT, and I’ve been communicating with them via email for over six weeks without any resolution. I am extremely frustrated and demand an immediate refund. Air Asia needs to address this issue promptly and improve its customer service.
