I Request Full Refund from Air Montenegro After Canceling My Flight Booking

I had booked a round-trip flight with Air Montenegro for a vacation planned from May 25 (departure) to May 28 (return). Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my trip. I submitted a refund request for the flight tickets right away. Despite multiple attempts to contact the airline through different channels, I have yet to receive any response or refund.

What’s even more frustrating is that the refund policy was not clearly stated during the ticket purchase process. After canceling, I was simply told that my payment would not be refunded—without any explanation or documentation.

This lack of transparency and customer service not only reflects poor business ethics but also violates basic consumer rights.

I am asking Air Montenegro to refund the full ticket amount without further delay. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursue legal action.
