Trendyol Account Blocked and Email Verification Codes Never Arrive

My name is N*** J*** and I am having a serious problem accessing my Trendyol account and verifying my email address. Since yesterday, my account has been blocked and I cannot complete any of the security steps requested in order to use my account again. First, I noticed that I was not receiving my order, so I checked the Trendyol app and saw that my account was blocked. At that time, my registered phone number was also blocked, so I tried to change the number in the app. However, the system did not accept the new number and kept asking me to update my information, but when I clicked on “update” nothing worked. Because of all these attempts, my account ended up completely blocked. I then tried to recover it by updating my email address and location details. The system showed that the update was successful, but when I tried to check my orders again, I was asked once more to verify my email. I have tried several times, but I am still not receiving any verification code in my email, so I cannot access my account or my orders. I kindly request that my Trendyol account be unblocked, that the email verification code be sent correctly to my email address, and that my account information, including my phone number, be updated so I can access my existing orders and continue using the service. I ask for your urgent support to resolve this issue and restore full access to my account.
