Withdrawal Funds Not Credited In My Bank Account

I requested a withdrawal of 9,634 from my 4rabet account via Imps on 6 June at around 10:35 pm. In the 4rabet app, the transaction status appears as “paid out” and they keep informing me by email that the payment has been successfully processed on their side. However, even after 5 days, this ount has still not been credited to my bank account. To clarify the situation, I contacted my bank and asked them to check whether any such Imeı transaction or ount of 9,634 had been credited. My bank clearly stated that no such ount has been received in my account, and I have also provided my bank statement to 4rabet as proof that the money is not reflected anywhere. Despite this, 4rabet continues to repeat that the payment was successful, without giving me a concrete solution or proof of where this money has gone. I am very uncomfortable with this situation and the lack of clarity. I request that 4rabet urgently investigate this Imps transaction again, provide a detailed confirmation with reference of where the money was sent, and either ensure that the ount of 9,634 is credited to my bank account without further delay or refund it to my 4rabet account so that I do not suffer any financial loss.
