On May 15 around 1:30 AM, I booked a room through Agoda for one night. Just 10 minutes later, I arrived at the hotel, only to be told that no rooms were available and that check-in wouldn't be possible until 12 PM. I was shocked—they had accepted my reservation and charged my account, yet had nothing available upon arrival.

The hotel staff admitted there was a mistake and told me to contact Agoda to cancel the reservation and request a refund. But I’ve been trying ever since and cannot reach anyone at Agoda. There’s no phone number, no working support channel—just silence.

This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a service that was never delivered. Agoda must immediately issue a full refund in ₺ and fix their broken customer support system. No one should be left stranded in the middle of the night after paying for a room that doesn’t exist. I’m still waiting—help me now.
