Agoda Took Money Without Permission. No Refund After Cancellation

Hello, I would like to review the Stella Beach Hotel All Inclusive in Alanya Okurcalar through Agoda for room and price information. However, without obtaining any approval from me, no price information was provided, and my credit card was charged 16,949.38 Turkish Lira. When I saw that money had been debited, I was shocked and immediately canceled. I have canceled the reservation as the transaction was incorrect. In the feedback I received, they confirmed the reservation was canceled but stated that the deducted payment would not be refunded. I believe this situation is in violation of the law, and I strongly request that the money deducted without my consent be refunded. if I don't get my money back within 14 days I will have to take legal action.
