Agoda Overcharged My Reservation Payment and Ignored Refund Request

Hello, I made a hotel reservation through Agoda with the reservation number 1476589960. The amount that was supposed to be charged for my booking was ₺1,298.92, but instead, ₺1,342.24 was deducted from my account. This overcharge is completely unacceptable, and I expect the difference to be refunded immediately.

I have already sent an email to Agoda regarding this issue, but I have yet to receive any response or resolution. If this discrepancy is not addressed and refunded promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the relevant authorities.

Agoda must take responsibility for accurate billing and ensure better communication with its customers. I demand an urgent resolution to this issue.
